This advanced training is designed to give a deeper insight into the painting process in the bodyshop, concentrating on the possibilities to increase the performance. The seminar consists of hands-on training focussing on Glasurit® paint systems.
Glasurit® educates the delegates so that they understand the function of the products andlearn about the processing steps required to apply a Clear Over Base System in an efficient manner focusing on time and material savings.
Objective:
Increase performance and working methods through correct repair assessment and optimised material and time consumption in the bodyshop.
Areas covered:
90 Line (Ratio Aqua) 55 Line (Ratio Classic) – The delegates understand the correct application process using HVLP technology that is required to apply 90/55 Line in an efficient time and material saving manner.
Blending Methods – Understanding the different blending methods (blending in on the panel being repaired, on the adjacent panel, three-stage process)
Clear coat Application – The delegates understand the correct application process using HVLP technology that is required to apply HS Clearcoat in an efficient time and material saving manner.
Polishing & Finishing – The removal of small inclusions, and correct use of polishing techniques for clearcoat fade out transition areas.
All delegates are measured against a benchmark; this will highlight any areas for improvements.

Duration: 2.5 days, 8.30am – 4.00pm
(All travel will be the morning of training course resulting in an 11:30 am start on first day unless stated otherwise)
